Pitches are supplied in 8ft lengths (at the side of the road) and 6ft depth (Maximum into the road). If on arrival you find you have misjudged the size of your stall and cannot fit into this space we may not be able to accommodate you we also reserve the right to charge £10 for each extra foot taken for your stall if we can accommodate you. For safety reasons and to allow access for emergency vehicles we will be strictly enforcing the size of pitches going out into the road. We have a temporary event license for the offsale, NOT consumption of wines, beers and ciders. We do not supply generators or connections to electricity. Set up time is from 7.30am to 9.00am on both days. All stalls are to be cleared of your goods by 5pm on both days. If supplying your own stall this must also be cleared away and removed by 5pm on both days.Please remove all rubbish from your site at the end of each day.We will attempt to provide parking for one vehicle at the rear or side of your stall, but no guarantee is implied or given. In accordance with our agreement with Rother District Council, who issue the temporary 2 day license to trade at the market, and so as not to conflict with local traders, Local produce/crafts/plant nurseries only with the exception of Devonshire Road traders who are encouraged to have a pitch/stall outside their premises. If in doubt call us to see if we can accommodate your trade. We reserve the right to refuse bookings that, on the information given, we feel do not meet this criteria. We will try to meet your special requests for placing of stalls – please indicate on the foot of this form or on another sheet of paper, details of any special requests. No guarantee is implied or given that we will meet these requests and there is a chance that you may not be placed where you have indicated – we apologise in advance but we cannot please everybody, but we will try. All traders will be issued with a Rother District Council temporary 2 day license to trade, information for the licenses will be taken from this form, licenses will be distributed as the market opens on the Saturday. Licenses must be displayed during trading. If you intend bringing a generator please write this on this form as it is important that we know about generators before we set the market out. If you require more footage than the standard pitch please tell us NOW.Bookings are for the two days, to ensure continuity we will NOT accept one day bookings. In accordance with local by laws and trading licenses all bookings must be made by 20th August 2012.
